Responsibilities:

• Actively sourcing candidates through a variety of sources including recruitment portals, social networks and database.
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' competencies.
• Liaising with internal departments to understand requirements for new employees.
• Building relationships with candidates and maintaining a positive image of the company in the labour market.
• Preparing reports and analyses on the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively and build interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to work in a team and to carry out tasks independently.
• Stationary work in the office in Kraków.
