Responsibilities:

• Proactively source candidates through a variety of sources, including recruitment portals, social networks and database.
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' competencies.
• Collaborating with internal departments to understand requirements for new hires.
• Building relationships with candidates and maintaining a positive image of the company in the labor market.
• Preparing reports and analysis on the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of recruitment or human resources management.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian at the B2/C1 level.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to work in a team and be independent in the execution of tasks.
• Stationary work in an office in Kraków.
