We are looking for Junior Marketing Specialist to support our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and web.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.

• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Native Polish + communicative English

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Support the organization and execution of promotional events and activities.

• Creating graphics and content

• Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s website and social media profiles.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies for marketing initiatives.

We offer:

• 40h a week from Monday to Friday

• Working from an office in Cracow

• Salary: 4000 - 6000 PLN gross

• Friendly atmosphere in the company
