Recruitment Specialist with English

Location: Kraków (Poland)

Hi, we are MK Job - an employment agency from Kraków!

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with English.


  • 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment

  • Experience in talking to candidates and searching using different channels

  • Native Polish + English language skills of at least B2

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, effectively prioritize, collaborate and organize

  • Experience in volume recruitment nice to have

  • Experience in APT as an asset




Talent Acquisition:


  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

  • Maintain and manage a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

  • Candidate Screening and Selection:

  • Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

  • Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and candidate status.

  • Facilitate effective communication between candidates and hiring teams.

  • Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates.

  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding coordination.

  • Conduct follow-up with new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.

  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

  • Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management.

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes based on data-driven insights.

  • Employer Branding:

  • Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels.

  • Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach programs.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and professional associations.

  • Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.

We offer:

  • 40h a week from Monday to Friday

  • Working from an office in Cracow

  • Salary: 5000 - 8000 PLN gross

  • Friendly atmosphere in the company
