We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with English.
1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment
Experience in talking to candidates and searching using different channels
Native Polish + English language skills of at least B2
Ability to manage multiple projects, effectively prioritize, collaborate and organize
Experience in volume recruitment nice to have
Experience in APT as an asset
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
Maintain and manage a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Candidate Screening and Selection:
Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and candidate status.
Facilitate effective communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates.
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding coordination.
Conduct follow-up with new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management.
Continuously improve recruitment processes based on data-driven insights.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels.
Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach programs.
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and professional associations.
Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
40h a week from Monday to Friday
Working from an office in Cracow
Salary: 5000 - 8000 PLN gross
