Due to expansion, we are looking for an individual to support us in further developing and optimizing the company's operations.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

• Experience in a similar position in an employment or recruitment agency.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Leading the day-to-day operational activities of the company, ensuring high performance and effective management of teams.
• Collaborate with CEO on company growth strategy and implementation of new business processes.
• Oversee projects related to cost optimization and operational efficiency improvement.
• Monitor the company's financial performance and be responsible for budgeting and reporting.
• Building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers and business partners.

We offer:

• Stationary work in the Krakow office.
• Salary: PLN 15,000 (B2B) + commission for realized targets.
