CNC milling machine operator
Location: Georgensgmünd (Germany)
A CNC milling machine operator is responsible for reading technical drawings and operating measuring equipment. His duties include setting up and operating CNC machines (5+3 axes), independently measuring and inspecting milling tools, and setting up and operating lifting equipment. He works according to drawings received, inspecting products according to quality specifications. He also inspects the machine before commissioning, maintains it, performs minor repairs and cleaning, and services it. The operator adjusts the machine and controls quality during program adjustments, and handles programming and control of the machine according to the order. This position requires technical skills, precision and knowledge of CNC machines.
Requirements and responsibilities:
- Driving license cat B + own car.
- Knowledge of the German language (A2).
- Reading of technical drawings.
- Operation of measuring equipment.
- Configuration and operation of CNC machines (5+3 axes).
- Independent measurement and inspection of milling tools.
- Setting up and operating lifting equipment.
- Working in accordance with received drawings.
- Inspecting products according to quality specifications.
- Inspecting the machine before commissioning or taking over from the transferor, maintenance, minor repairs and cleaning and servicing.
- Machine adjustment and quality control during program adjustments.
- Programming and inspecting the machine according to the order.
