HR Director

Requirements and responsibilities:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position in the HR department. 
• Very good English language skills (min. B2 level).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and approach HR issues.
• Ability to manage time and resources effectively.
• Directing and overseeing all HR processes within the company.
• Create and implement recruitment strategies and employee development activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR activities and innovate in the area of personnel management.
• Maintaining a high standard of relations with the employee team.
• Collaborate with other departments to effectively manage human resources.
