Location: Cracow (Poland)
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with at least two years of recruitment experience in African markets. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritize tasks, and excel in both collaboration and organization.
This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of working effectively within team-based projects. The recruiter will be responsible for handling the entire recruitment process, from identifying and assessing candidates to engaging and hiring top talents.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in recruitment in African markets
Fluency in English
Ability to manage multiple projects, effectively prioritize, collaborate and organize
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience in team projects
Working from an office in Krakow (Poland)
Employment Contract
Base salary + commission
40h a week from Monday to Friday
