Location: Cracow (Poland)
We are actively seeking an experienced Recruiter with a minimum of two years of recruitment experience focused on South American markets. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, demonstrating the capability to manage multiple recruitment projects efficiently.
The role demands strong prioritization, collaboration, and organizational skills. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with substantial experience in team-based projects. The recruiter will be tasked with managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring the identification, engagement, and successful hiring of top talent.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in recruitment in South American markets
Fluency in English and Spanish
Ability to manage multiple projects, effectively prioritize, collaborate and organize
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience in team projects
Working from an office in Krakow (Poland)
Employment Contract
Base salary + commission
40h a week from Monday to Friday
