Sales Director

Localizacion: Kraków

We are currently seeking to fill the position of Sales Director, who will be responsible for developing sales strategies and managing the sales department at MK Care, a company specializing in care services. The candidate should have at least one year of experience in a management position in the care services or related industry, demonstrate leadership skills and have experience managing a team.

Requirements and responsibilities:

  • At least one year of experience in a management position in the care services or related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing sales strategies and achieving ambitious business goals.
  • Leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the care sector and ability to respond quickly to changing market conditions.
  • Knowledge of the English language.
  • Creation and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies in line with MK Care's goals and mission.
  • Intensive acquisition of new clients and ensuring that relationships with existing partners are maintained and developed.
  • Analyzing the care market, identifying trends and new business opportunities.
  • Building and managing a sales team; training and motivating employees to achieve set goals.
  • Work closely with operations and marketing teams to optimize service offerings.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and market analysis to management.
