Senior Caregiver

Location: all of Poland

We are looking for a warm, empathetic and committed caregiver to join our team at MK Care. The person in this position will be responsible for the daily care of seniors, supporting them in their daily activities and providing companionship and emotional support.

Requirements and responsibilities:

• Experience in senior care or related profession.

• High personal culture and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, empathy and communication skills.

• Ability to work as part of a team and self-reliance.

• Qualifications in healthcare or geriatrics are welcome.

• Assisting seniors with daily living activities.

• Organizing leisure time and activating seniors through a variety of activities.

• Monitoring the wards' health and administering prescribed medications.

• Maintaining contact with the families of the residents and reporting on their health and well-being.

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in areas used by seniors.
